Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support and strengthen our business insurance relationships.

This is not a transactional, high-pressure sales role. Instead, this position centers on:

  • Managing and retaining commercial insurance accounts
  • Overseeing renewals and policy administration
  • Serving as a trusted risk advisor to business clients
  • Identifying natural coverage gaps and appropriate growth opportunities

The ideal candidate is consultative, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven — someone who values long-term client partnerships over one-time sales.

This is a full-time, salaried role with performance-based bonus opportunities tied to account growth and retention.
